Pinpoint selects a qualified consultant and they report to you for work.
You evaluate the consultant during the first 24 hours of project work.
If after the first 24 hours, you are not completely satisfied with the Pinpoint IT Professional, you are not billed for those hours, and Pinpoint will replace the IT Professional. If you approve of their work, he or she remains on contract.
